As the Councillor for Deagon Ward, Jared spends most of his time with local residents and community groups. He is a strong supporter of the many community and sporting organisations in the Deagon Ward and is a member and patron of many local organisations. He supports a wide range of community events like the Einbunpin Festival as Chairperson, Zillmere Festival, South Pacific Islander Christmas in the Park and established the Sandgate Youth Festival supporting young and emerging artists.

Terms and conditions

  • In filling out this registration I am applying for membership of Brighton District Soccer Club Inc. Members are required to be over the age of 18. Players under the age of 18 will be consented players under the membership of their legal parent or guardian.

    Members agree, that they and their players, abide by Brighton District Soccer Club's Code of Conduct, Club Rules and any bylaws instated by Brighton District Soccer Club. A copy of the Club Rules and Code of Conduct can be found on the About page of the club's website and in hard copy at the club house. In addition to abiding by these regulations, they agree to support these regulations with fellow players, spectators, parents, coaches and club officials. Members in breach of these regulations will be held accountable to the Disciplinary Committee elected by the Management Committee for the registered season.

    Members agree to comply with the volunteer requirements. Each family registration agrees to provide minimum 10 hours of volunteer hours across the season. Alternatively, families that are unable to volunteer must pay the $100 volunteer levy as part of their registration.

    Members agree to pay the $20 sinking fund levy applied per family registration. This fund is for future building and capital works.

    A REFUND FEE OF 5% APPLIES TO ALL REFUNDS. This fee covers the associated administrative costs.
